Understanding what's going on.

Step 1: Make a routine that you follow daily in order to make good habits and break bad ones.  Each breakdown is access to a breakthrough.  That is why even with knowledge one must have discipline & an open mind in order to find access to many things in life.

Step 2: Eat healthy, because your body needs energy to grow.  Proteins, carbohydrates, fats, fruits, nuts vegetables, vitamins & minerals.
This is a great book to learn to cook.

Step 3: Exercising is painful and requires suffering, yet it enables us to function in all we do & look healthy.  Without it we think and feel differently.

Step 4: Go to bed.

Others: do yoga, juice, blend or chew vegetables, grow sprouts, raised garden beds
